工人姐姐的Visa已經出咗，跟著入领事館申請核証，然後寄去菲律賓，申請出境。
傻貓第一次請工人，好多嘢擔心。
先寫低大概要工人姐姐的工作安排，稍後再調整。
每個家庭的情況都唔同，以下只供參考。
平日基本工作 (初步概念)
無須set死時間（除左BB上堂的時間）
早上: 洗衫、拖地、晾衫、燙衫（包括當日要著嘅校服）
準備早餐/ 午餐
下午做家務、準備晚餐
臨睡前，幫大B沖涼
煮飯、開飯、洗碗、拖地
湊newborn + 22m 大B的工作流程
7:00-姐姐起身，食早餐，洗奶樽，洗Bb清潔用玻璃器皿，洗開奶用玻璃儲水樽，然後全部拎去蒸氣機消毒
8:00-換片餵奶掃風，食完第一餐奶要同bb 洗面洗口洗手撩鼻鼻查cream, 然後擺好三角枕俾bb 訓一陣
9:00-姐姐做家務，照顧貓，掃地拖地，洗衫，清潔洗手間、預備午餐
媽咪帶bb 出去散步，大概 1 to 2 個鐘
12:30-餵奶換片掃風
1:30-2:30 bb 訓教，姐姐又做下少少家務，清潔bb 車、玩具
3:00-bb 沖涼，陪bb 玩下，睇吓點讀書，訓練下bb 肌肉
4:30-bb 又食奶
5:30-bb 訓教，姐姐洗bb 沖涼盤，洗bb 衫（多污糟衫仔就機洗，少就手洗，但紗巾手套一定要手洗，機洗bb 衫前又要洗下部洗衣機先），如果要煮飯就準備下簡單晚餐，唔煮飯就一係收下大人衫，或者一路睇住bb 佢一路休息下玩下電話食下午茶咁
7:00-晾bb 衫
7:30-照顧貓，晚飯時間
8:30-bb又食奶
9:30-姐姐倒垃圾，幫大bb 沖涼
10:00-姐姐睇吓屋企須添置乜嘢物資，話我知
放工
請工人姐姐，最重要是溝通及互相尊重包容。：）

DeleteWhat did you do when u hired a helper before?
Set the house rules and routine schedules are useful and essential before, explained it clearly to the new helper after settling, keep an eye on the helper's performance and emotion in the following weeks, be patience and coaching for the minor faults and to praising for doing well, then wait to see if the helper could gradually meet the requirements within 3 months.
