My life sucks

Richard: How's your day?

Me: Great.

Richard: Really?

Me: (Hesitate a bit) Yup. Definitely 

Richard: So are you happy with your life now?

Me: Oh, well.

Richard: If so I'm happy with you. Bcuz most people live in the past or the future, not today 

Me: Oh wow

Richard: Some people missed their golden days, while others are hoping for a better future. But it's today that makes us who we are 

Me: Um. Talking about that. I hv to confess my life is nothing but a mess.

Richard: So what's the problem?

Me: (Thinking hard) It's just this and that.

Richard: I can see you are staying at home, playing with your kids. You aren't working. By choice?

Me: Yes. Hayley's having interviews for PN class. I hv to equip her with the skills and be well-prepared for them. But her performance was disappointing yesterday. She ...

Richard: Is she having other interviews?

Me: Yup. On the coming Saturday. But...

Richard: So take it easy. Good luck. Remember if you hv loads of problems, you are probably the cause of the problems. So you are the problem. 

(Before leaving, he added) Ask yourself if you are happy. Make yourself a happy person.
